Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we only ship unframed prints. The shipping cost is included in the cost of the print at the checkout page before the payment is processed.
What is a limited edition print?
A limited-edition print is only available in a limited quantity. All photographic prints are limited to only 20 in each size and are Injket print on Canson Rag Photographique Matt Museum Grade Archival Paper. Each print is hand-signed and numbered and comes with a certificate.
How long will it take for my print to arrive?
All orders are specially custom printed once an order is placed and generally take up to 10 business days for unframed and 28 for framed in Australia. We only supply unframed prints for international orders that will take up to 28 business days. You will be notified by email when the order has been dispatched.
Please note: Your print is delicate. It is carefully and professionally packaged and sealed in a protective tube for safe shipping. Once received, the print tube should only be opened by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing.
Do you offer framing?
Yes, you can have your print framed in a shadow box frame in white, black or oak. See framing and shipping options for more information.
Can I return my print if it doesn’t match my décor?
Buying art is a subjective process and you should only acquire works you love, not just to match your couch or rug. However, if you find that your print is not working for you in the space you were thinking of displaying it, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days. How do I take care of my print?
To protect your investment in this fine-art print never display your print in direct sunlight. If kept in favourable conditions, and not tampered with or damaged, and with proper archival mounting and framing, your print is expected to retain its original condition, without fading or discolouration for several years.
Can I use your photographs?
The copyright in the prints remains the property of Mira Krulic and you cannot use or reproduce the images in any way unless you obtain permission by contacting . It is a breach of copyright otherwise. See full terms and conditions regarding print copyright.
Will you keep my details private?
Yes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will not use any information collected about you unlawfully or reveal any details to a third party. Occasionally you may receive a marketing email about new work or exhibitions. You will be able to unsubscribe from these newsletters.
